In order to make this weekend a success we need everyone to pitch in one way or another. So I have made a list of things to bring by sections and other personal items that need your attention. Coordinate who brings what among your section if you'd like. Use your section email list: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, etc...
TENORS- Please bring cases of water
LEADS- Assortment of 2-Liters/ Paper plates.
BASSES- Other snacks/ SOLO Plastic cups.
Swim Suit. Pool will be open.
We will have a campfire going down by the lake on Friday night for everyone to socialize, sing, etc... Bring some S'more stuff if you'd like. Plus coolers with drinks.
$$$$$ to bring (cash or check)
Retreat Cost- $36 for Friday night room plus 3 meals on Saturday (Dinner will be Pizza delivered)
$15 for Saturday night room plus Sunday morning Breakfast.
Name Badges- $8.50 each
Registration Cost - $185 (For those of you who purchased one thru the Chorus)
T-shirts- Both Vegas black t-shirts and KVU blue t-shirts won't be completed until next Wednesday
