It goes without saying that the Kentucky Vocal Union, friends, family and tons of guests had an AMAZING time this past Friday… The 13th!... at an extremely enjoyable guess night!

Also present was the entire Hollander and Dale family, Amy Rose, some O'Brien family members, some members of the Bluegrass harmony chorus, and several other significant others.
After some time to socialize, around 7:45 the guests and KVU members were gathered to the risers by Membership VP, Bob McFadden- who ran a finely organized evening as our MC.
Highlights....
*Some great warm-up activities and instruction were shared by our Director of Education, Don Rose!
* KVU performed "sold" and "that ever I saw" for the guests.
*We spent some time with the entire clan of men as we did some work with "since I don't have" and "that ever I saw".
*We watched the 2011 Kansas City international performance, and learned some choreography with help from Dan Delaney.
*We listened to the learning track demos for the KVU 2017 Las Vegas contest set... generating applause, excitement, and motivation to get this thing jumpin!
*President Michael O'Brien, Don Rose, myself and others shared some bold and encouraging words on our new attitude toward KVU culture, commitment, and organization.
*we talked and laughed, connected and felt emotional, and some AWESOME sounds were created by around 45 men!
If you missed this night, you did miss something special!.... but that's OK… You can jump on the excitement and catch the fever of this new 2017 year. Culture change is in the air and the group is ready to roll on with exciting plans for Vegas and beyond!
